MessageMy Fellow Parties,

We here at Arch will simply not back from this. We believe intelligence agency's should be allowed to carry out covert operation. Here is a case that'll back why we should allow our intelligence agency's to do covert operation; The USA carried out a covert operation to kill Bin laden (the know leader of the al qaeda), In this operation they killed Bin Laden and seized 1000's of planned attacks, and in ultimately in turn crippled the al queda leadership, now if they weren't allowed to carry out covert operation then he'll still be alive and killing innocent people. We Believe if a nation is able to do something to stop pointless bloodshed then it should be their duty to do so.

MessageWell in emergencies, we should be permitted by law to undertake all types of covert operations. Such as tracking down foreign terrorists, we should do whatever's in our power to find them and stop them.

MessageBut yes, Choice is with Arch on this one. In those extreme emergencies, we must be able to do whatever it takes.

MessageI know we have counter intelligence and surveillance of other countries but its not enough! I'm tired of pointless bloodshed where good innocent people die because this government is afraid of what other nation will think of us. I'm tired of seeing family's in pain because they've lost loves over something they didn't do! Enough is a enough.

MessageWe're against this for the reasons we gave earlier.

We have a question for Arch, however: if you are an isolationist party and want foreign affairs/foreign aid to be reduced, what is the obsession with meddling in the politics of other countries?

(also OOC: Particracy's universe exists outside of the real world. I would avoid making references to the USA, etc in the future)

MessageForward "obsession" with meddling with politics in other countries is i believe if a nation can do something to protect its people then its their duty. I'm not happy with just counter intelligence and surveillance. "if you are an isolationist party and want foreign affairs/foreign aid to be reduced, what is the obsession with meddling in the politics of other countries?" I want to protect this country unlike you.

MessageChoice's view of isolationist is more on the side of not caring what other countries think of us than not getting involved at all. Choice wants minimal interaction with other countries but we also want to make sure our nation is safe from outside threats, we presume this is also what Arch wants.
