This second step towards and independent and national military and military ressource, not regulated by international law, is important for our nation in these times of preparations for the worst case scenario. This bill will later include government's policy concerning biological and chemical weaponry and the government's policy concerning the use of chemical and biological weaponry in warfare. Maybe not happy circumstances, but neccesary. |

Message | Why do we need to spend the billions required to develop, build and maintain nuclear weaponary? We do not have any real enemies in Terra and if we were attacked with nuclear weapons then it should be noted that our allies in the Selucian Empire already have the capability to retaliate on our behalf. |
