Message | Salary caps are absurd, whether determined by the federal government and/or local governments. The idea of running a shop that coercing employees into joining unions as a prerequisite for employment is fundamentally contrary to both individual and market freedom. I believe that local governments have a very large role to play - but that they are most useful when they are able to judge a policy's effect on their communities and then act accordingly (police deployment policy, hunting and fishing quotas, controversial social issues like abortion, etc.). The issues listed above should have one response that covers all levels of our government - total rejection. |

Message | I am pro salary cap. The gini coefficient is in some regions up to >3, not bad, but it can be better. Now the economic situation asks for same drastic chances. |

Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne |
