SEC. I Article 1 applies the option of the death penalty in cases where a capital crime was committed. The methods approved are; i) guillotine, ii) firing squad SEC. II Article 2 orders all executions: i) be conducted in areas to facilitate public viewing to a reasonable amount of interested citizens, -and- ii) be available for viewing on at least one (1) publicly-funded or government-owned television station for each broadcast region at a designated time after 23:00. |
