Message | We don't agree that we need presidentialism, I prefer the parliamentarism that we have. But we could still agree upon article 2: if each party can propose a cabinet coalition, you could get possible problems if no party obtains an absolute majority in parliament. By giving the Headof State the right to propose a cabinet coalition, you give some real political power to the Head of State. Whatever party that wins the presidentials, will be obliged to lead the negotiations if no party gains a majority. This will represent more the wishes of our people. |

Message | So, let me get this straight. In order to make the executive be seperate from the legislature, you want to merge the two. |

Message | The head of state and the head of government are two parts of the executive, and not from the legislature, so this comment is not entirely true. This is not a merger of the legislature with the executive (which would be the case if you give them the right to make laws without parliamentary intervention), but a merger of two branches of the executive. |

Message | In presidentialism, the cabinet must be proposed by the President himself because he is the head of State and head of Government at the same time and there is the possibility of coalition Government because negotiations can be the formation of a Government headed by the President. |

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law. |
