While the Gambling Industry is a healthy part of the majority of modern economies, it can also cause unnecessary harm to some of our most vulnerable citizens.

While removing the gambling industry would be a step to far, allowing local bodies to have the ability to regulate gambling would allow us to have the best of both worlds.

Therefore, The Shadow Alliance proposes:
