Message | Hmmm... there are still things lacking, that I will fix in my bill For a long time, this country known as Hulstria & Gao-Soto was largely dominated by the Hulstrian (OOC Austrian) part of the nation, while the Gao-Showans (OOC Japanese) were a minority (while still playing a good role) However, a new party changed everything, made everything Gao-Showan and even changed the cultural protocols (of course it was the only party) I am trying to fix it and "re-Hulstrianize" the country. By the way, I will put your proposals in my new bill which will also change the names to something more Hulstrian. |

Message | By the way, the proportional is useless - all regions have almost the same population. |

Message | The proportional is usefull if that would change in the future, its just the principle that every citizen in the country would count equally, no matter if they live in a more or less populated region. I don't want to change to much in a short time, so at the moment this seemed to be enough for me, for further times, I would have to consider the consequences of those changes |

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation. |
