| Esteemed Gentlemen and Ladies of the Holy Luthori Empire, I have been contacted by the Populist Party of the Seridan with the request of to aid them in their fight against racial injustice in Lourenne. The government of Lourenne has pursued a policy of racial discrimination and injustice. These violations cannot be tolerated. The gracious government of Saridan has tried sanctions and peaceful delegations, but it appears to them that these are ineffective.
