Description[?]:
According to the comparison between national policies (http://classic.particracy.net/viewvariable.php?variable=FIRING_STRIKERS), 22 countries do not allow the firing of striking workers. The national policy of the Great Cildanian Republic is as following: "Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.". This bill seeks to amend the law to"Employers Cannot Fire Workers Who Go On Strike" The problem with the current law is a problem of worker's rights to bargain for fair working conditions and reasonable pay. the "without reasonable reasons" part of the current law is meaningless. Defining what is reasonable according to this definition is definitely up to the Employer, and as a result, almost all strikes will be deemed ''unreasonable'. It is unjust to allow any law which harms the right to work of the people of the Great Cildanian Republic, and is surely a violation of human rights and liberties. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
