Lodamese military possess the RIGHT. To defend the homeland in all possible ways. Chemical weapons can assist in this regard. No longer can lodamun accept a weak military/laid back policy! The state has already been threatened when our party leader was president. When this act passes the military resume its chemical and biological weapons research and storage.
