MessageWe have always supported reducing the unilateral power of union fat-cats, and we will support this proposal.

If the socialists are against this proposal - as they have been in the past - perhaps they can finally explain why they are so keen on putting power into oligarchical union bosses instead of trusting the very workers whose interests they claim to support.

MessageWe would consider voting for a reform that would have a majority of those voting decide whether or not there should be a strike.

The reason we do not like this proposal is simple: It would reduce the amount of strikes and as a result lower pay and benefits for all workers. We do agree though that some sort of voting from members makes sense, just not what is proposed here.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
