- The largest party in opposition may ask six questions every year. The second largest may ask three, and all other opposition parties may ask two.

- Questions may be asked to the Premier Ministre or any other Minister.

- All questions asked by the opposition must be responded to in some way.

- If a question is addressed to the Premier Ministre, the Premier Ministre may either answer it personally or may delegate that responsibility to another Minister.

- If a question is addressed to a Minister, that Minister must answer it.

- The opposition member who asked the question will be given an opportunity to respond to the government's answer. However, he will not be allowed to respond with more questions if the quota has already been met.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Thank you for being here and thank you to all our Coaltion Partners. In this our our Prime Minsters Question in this Goverment, it is simple we are already have talks on the issues we face and what we plan to do in Goverment. We will see a moderate Goverment that will be effective, we will see decrease in taxes for the middle class, a larger budget for scince technology, strong fundig for transportation, and we will continue to make Goverment work in this multi party system we have. We can do these things because we all believe it can and will be done. We have chose to do this Goverment not because of power but because we want a fair Goverment and with out this Coaltion we would have no Goverment thank you all for being here I look forward to question from the Opposition parties.

Message"Finally I get an opportunity to ask some questions for you Mr. Richardson. Your party has deeply frustrated all of us at in the APS because when you first arrived bragging about your belief in "Classic Liberalism" we saw promise. Classic Liberalism was the philosophy of the old and extinct Libertarian Party of Solentia, and though they believed in some government, they were a small government party. We were hoping you would share the same views as a Libertarian Party. When we started working together, we saw your support for economic liberalization, and this excited us. "Finally I get an opportunity to ask some questions for you Mr. Then we saw a series of disturbing acts that denied your Classic Liberalism. Classical Liberalism is a philosophy of limited government with checks and balances. We see this very prominently in your opposition to the Supreme President Powers Clarification Act. We see this very prominently on your opposition to big government welfare programs. We see this very prominently in your opposition to corporate regulations. There are some huge issues, though. Explain to me how banning gay marriage is limited government? Explain to me how banning euthanasia is limited government? Your stance on social issues shows more of a dangerous streak of authoritarianism rather than your Classical Liberalism. Then, we get to the worst part of it. You support biological and chemical weapons and you support nuclear weapons. How does a Classical Liberal support such programs when it's evident that the government can use these in a tyrannical way? How can a Classical Liberal party be opposed to civil liberties? How can a Classical Liberal party support such a huge military? We are deeply offended by the opinions of your administration, and we feel your hypocrisy is a huge disservice to the Solentian people. They think, when voting for you, that they are getting a moderate version of the APS, but in reality, they are getting a moderate version of the former Nationalists, the SUN. Your party has proven to be racist, sexist, and homophobic. You do not respect the rights of the minority, and you do not promote small government as you say you do. Please explain how you can call yourself a "Classical Liberal" party because we don't see it. Every-time we have exposed your hypocrisy, you blow us off and avoid to answer it."

MessageMr. Speaker,

If the muttering idiot opposite of me would actually look at classical liberalism it's a limited government not NO government. Of course the Liberal Democrats want a classical liberal government but in a multiparty state you can't get everything you want. I would expect the anarchist to know this. We believe in protecting individual liberty of all people. The reason that he called us homophobic is because we don't think gays or straight have any sexual relations in the military either one the only job is in protect this country which he is totally in favor of destroying it by weakening our military force by tying out Hands behind our back. So you can keep motoring and shouting at the world won't listen. We believe in a small government with a strong national defense. As for the little Democrats plans and that's ministration is to totally eliminate the income tax for the middle class and of course you're not gonna get everything we want there's much more. But in the coalition government we have to work together. Which the anarchist party doesn't understand.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.

Random quote: "Since a politician never believes what he says, he is quite surprised to be taken at his word." Charles De Gaulle (1890 - 1970)
