Mr. Speaker. the state must neutral to all religions, in order to give service with fairness, the state cannot be hosian, it must be neutral, and so, while exercing their duty, public servant shall represent the state and will not wear any religious symbol, and that is only when representing the state, they can still their religious everywhere, when they are in service of the state.
