Message | Mr. Speaker, It would be very surprising if the UDHFU decided to abandon the Nationalist coalition to join a coalition with these other parties. The UDHFU has agreed with the LNC and PF more than 65% of the time, and had agreed with the GNRG more than 70% of the time: http://classic.particracy.net/compareparties.php?nationid=19 -- Trevor Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Vice President of GDR Lodamun |

Message | M. Speaker, I think the UDHFU would appreciate being able to make their own decisions without the GNRG clinging on. David Butterman Leader Eastern-Central Alliance |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The GNRG does not control the UDHFU. We do not control any of our partners in the coalition. We did not force the UDHFU to vote in line with us, and we cannot. We asked our coalition partners to support us on the treaty issue, but they were not obligated to listen to us, and they knew that. In an interview, Tony Anthony Shark said that the GNRG is the party that gets "respect most in the field" from the UDHFU: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&p=86499#p86374 | We did not tell them to say this. We did not expect them to say this. We were surprised and happy. They are our allies, not our minions. The GNRG does not control their decisions. The GNRG and the UDHFU vote in line with each other most of the time because we respect each other, and we agree on many issues. I think that David Butterman has failed to properly analyse the relations among parties in the coalition. It is the lack of understanding, that the current opposition parties have of other parties, that make them disadvantaged in negotiating. -- Trevor Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Vice President of GDR Lodamun |

Random quote: "Soldiers are not the enemies of the movement. They're potential allies. They're more than that. Soldiers are the only people in America who are paying a stiff price for this war. Everybody else profits. Soldiers are the ones losing their lives, losing friends, having their lives disrupted. The real victims of American imperialism are its soldiers." - Fred Gardner |
