In response to the surge of instability in Majatra caused by radical Ahmadism and transnational violence, the Federal National Congress hereby declares the existence of a limited national emergency and approves the use of the following measures: -allowing the Ministry of Internal Affairs proper power to detain suspects of terrorism related charges and sponsoring terrorism up to 30 days without warrant but with the approval of the relevant Federal Attorney. -allowing the Ministry of Finance the power to curtail financial terrorism and financial sponsorship of terrorism by launching investigations of foreign sources of terrorism financing and in investigating domestic support of terrorism going overseas from domestic sources without use of a court warrant. -allowing the Ministry of Internal Affairs to detain those who are crossing the border or attempting to enter Zardugal illegally indefinitely and to deport them when needed. |
