| As Rutania has no immigration laws, border controls are archaic and unneeded for a modern, open Rutania. Abolishing border controls could save us a significant amount of money. The RFP proposes that the money currently spent on bureaucracy in border controls be reallocated to the budget for Education and Culture. |
