Message | Regrettably, we the AFD, cannot agree with Article 1. Every modern nation must reserve the right for it's citizens to open private charter schools with a specific focus. Also in Article 3 it is clearly stated that the government will run a system of museums across the country. How does the government have better knowledge of funding needed in every region than the local governments? Local governments should be the ones regulating their own funding for museums they want to have built. |

Message | We can accept a status quo on Article 1. Unfortunately though, we cannot allow the local authorities to hold control over significant government funds. For the name of the Shah, it's the Satraps we are talking about. Can you fellow compatriots trust the Satraps? I mean...we all know how corrupt the Satraps can become. It is not my position to question their authority and our obsolete model of local authority but still... My point is that given the bad shape of our economy, we can't waste funds in the hands of local governments. Ministry of Education and Culture Pich Anashir |

Message | Most Esteemed Minister of Education and Culture, forgive me but is it not in the hands of the Government to appoint trustworthy Satraps? And no Most Esteemed Minister it is hardly your place to question a Satrap's ability. That right is reserved only to His Majesty the Shah. My point still stands. Local governments know better what funds they require, than you do sir. If Article 3 is not removed or amended appropriately, we cannot vote for this bill. Message | Article 1 has been removed accordingly and the museum article is also overruled. For the remaining debate on this bill I shall cover the discussion myself, as our Minister of Education, had a minor car accident and is now hospitalized. Chancellor-Regent Darnan Vanna Phirun |

Message | I am astounded at the undemocratic resolution to the problem. I'm afraid in future we will have to seriously reconsider our approach to Government changes, taking into account the harsh and inhuman ways this Government operates. This bill may now proceed to voting. Leader of the Opposition Rahim Mazanderani |

Message | What are you talking about honorable partner? Our minister really had an accident and I decided to take a more hands-on approach after his outburst on the local authorities. You can ask your very own Ministers about the operation of government under my rule...ehm regency Chancellor-Regent Darnan Vanna Phirun |
