Bill: Income tax proposal of November 3865

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberal Party of Davostan

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3868

Description[?]:

The Davostan United Front propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Federal Republic of Davostan.

Sadly the current economic budgets and spending has caused the government to overspend. Instead of proposing a spending decrease, we are proposing a tax increase on wealthier incomes by 5% and putting those who earn 10000 DAVs on a 5% tax basis.

We horribly regret proposing a tax increase, but not correcting the current errors would be worse.
