ETHNICITY :

In the Beluz past there were four major ethnicities :
* Kunikata (OOC Japanese) settlers in Bailon

* Luthori (OOC English) settlers in Central Beluzia and Iliathar
* Ikerian (OOC Basque) settlers in Iker Ado
* Canrillaise (OOC French) settlers in the Parlos Decina coast

Now, a "Beluz" ethnicity group has been rising, being some sort of melting pot, strongly influenced by Luthori.

ETHNICITIES NOW :

--- Iliatharite : 34% (Luthori influences)
--- Bailonese : 31% (Kunikata influences)

- Canrillaise : 6%
- Ikerian : 5%
- Dundorfian : 3%

RELIGION :
Like Rutania, Beluzia has a huge number of irreligious people, mostly agnostics, but also atheists. Major religion is Hosianism. There are two particular religions in Beluzia, the Patriarchal Church of Bailon, a Hosian church incorporating elements of Gao-Showan religions, and Ikerianism, a pagan religion still believed by the Ikerian people.
- Irreligion : 51%
--- Agnosticism : 60%
--- Atheism : 35%
--- Others : 5%
- Hosianism (OOC Christianity) : 35%
--- Aurorian Patriarchal Church (OOC Catholicism) : 61%
--- Luthoran Church of Beluzia (OOC Beluzian Protestantism) : 28%
--- Church of Bailon : 9%
--- Others : 2%
- Gao-Showan religions (OOC East Asian religions) : 6%
- Ikerianism : 5%
- Queranzariah (OOC Islam) : 1%
- Yeudism (OOC Judaism) : 1%

CHARACTER NAMES :
Mostly English-sounding names. French, Japanese, German or Basque names are also tolerated.
However this paragraph is non-binding, and characters can also be roleplayed as immigrants/sons of immigrants from other nations.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
