MessageOOC: Under section 3 of the Rules of the Game (see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=5519 ) we are not meant to use the names of prominent real-life personalities in Particracy. In this regard, the title of this bill is problematic (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C._H._Douglas for more information on the real-life C.H. Douglas and his Social Credit movement).

The "Social Credit" reference is fine, but no more mention of C.H. Douglas, please!
