MessageOOC: Jakania is officially "Culturally Active" at the moment (see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5240#p55512 ) and is described as having an Arabic/Turkic culture. Jakania cannot be declared "Culturally Void" by passing a bill.

However, I can assure you that for the reasons I have given (see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=4374&start=440#p87023 ), at least for the time being I have no intention of requiring Jakanian parties to change their English character names or change the English titles.
