Bill: Religious Advertising reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Metzian Party of Lodamun
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 3871
Description[?]:
I do find allowing religions to promote and advertise themselves freely,a teensy bit annoying.Lodamese Nationalism is the only perfect faith out there on the streets where people can dream more safely and feel secure. But if we allow other religions to freely advertise themselves,we do find that it will make drastic psychological changes in our own citizens. The world is changing so fast,so my brothers we cannot take the risk of seeing our people turning against our nation, because just they were fooled by some old rotten tradition or belief.World is now improve,we donot need some imaginary..'stuff' to deviate us from doing what our mind needs to do.The state is the true protector,we can still protect our culture, without the need of 'gods'.We protect ourselves. So i hope you understand and will stand to support this bill and Lodamese Nationalism. Message | Mr. Speaker, We oppose this bill as it abrogates not only the separation of church and state, but also the freedom of religion with which all Lodamese citizens should carry out their lives - not in fear, but in freedom and optimism to express their religious beliefs as they see fit. We believe in a secular society, but we also believe in a society in which the freedom of speech is fiat over governmental rule. C. T. Edwards Chairwoman of the PLF |

Message | M.Speaker, Christine,i hope secularism more realised in my proposal than the currently existing one.And dear Edwards,we are not nullifying the seperation of church and state.I hope you do know about Lodamese Nationalism which still stands as a hope and faith for the people. It states that state is the the true...lets say 'god',that means if state itsself is the god, then the people are the god.More accurately Lodamese Society protects and worship them by meeting their own needs. We just wanted to be more concerned about people don't forget about the state, that is themselves. We are not denying the freedom to choose their religion. But we want more concern that they do not fall in the wrong hands.
