Message | Mr Speaker. The Conservative Liberals are concerned about the misogynistic line of sucession, if the first born child of the emperor is a female, then she shouldn't be swept aside because the second or even third born could be a male. I yield. - Grace Watson, Leader of the Conservative Liberals |
Date | 16:50:35, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Choice | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | We disagree with this. The monarchy is mostly in place for the sake of tradition, thus despite our republican views, if we're going to be stuck with a monarchy, we might as well keep the traditions that go with it. |

Message | Mr Speaker This seems a little odd coming from Choice, despite our differences we thought Choice would be the biggest supporters for this Bill. I am saddened to hear that Choice would rather keep misogyny alive in our nation. I yield - Grace Watson, Leader of the Conservative Liberals |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Strong leadership is more important than gender. We support the Conservative Liberals on this bill. I yield |

Message | Mr Speaker The Conservative Liberals would like to wary give thanks to the Hosian Socialist Party for supporting this important piece of Legislation. I yield - Grace Watson, Leader of the Conservative Liberals. |
Date | 17:31:02, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Moderate Party | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | Mr Speaker, Us in the Moderate Party fully back the proposals by the Conservative Liberals, we believe that tradition plays an important part in this country, but some traditions are not fit for the modern day. We fully support this, gender does not affect leadership abilities. We would have thought Choice would have understood seeing their party produce one of the few female heads of government. I yield - William Clegg |
Date | 17:57:30, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Choice | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | We understand why you are surprised, however if the monarchy is in place, we might as well keep all their traditions. The monarchy is unrepresentative of the modern world, thus it is feeble to try and get it to do so, as it just fails. |
Date | 18:06:20, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Conservative Party of Luthori | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | Mr. Speaker, We are in full support of this bill. We are rather shocked as well that Choice has decided not to support this bill, we thought they would support atleast a bit of modernization when it comes to the monarchy, considering they want it abolished. Eric Richardson Leader of the Liberal Progressives |

Message | Mr Speaker So Choice will allow a women to be Head of State, only if they get what they want, what is the word I am looking for? (Shouts from the Conservative Liberals caucus "Narcissism") My colleagues are correct, it's Narcissism that is consuming Choice over this bill. I yield - Grace Watson, Leader of the Conservative Liberals |
Date | 18:27:08, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Choice | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | It is not narcissism. The monarchists of Luthori are monarchists because they like tradition, and part of the tradition is males being first in like for the throne. Therefore if we do keep this silly tradition known as the monarchy, then we might as well not change the traditions as it is then no longer a full tradition. Now do not get us wrong, Choice is not a sexist party, that has been proven by many factors such as our previous leader being female (Margaret Sturgeon) and we would fully support a female head of state, however if our head of state is still the monarch, then we may as well retain their traditions. Also note due to the possibility of a non noble being elected head of state due to our "elected monarchy", this bill will only affect parties such as the Royalist Party which continues to put forward royal candidates. Therefore republican parties such as us shall not be affected and we will most likely again put forward a female candidate. |
Date | 21:43:10, July 04, 2015 CET | From | Liberal Alliance | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | Mr Speaker The Liberal Alliance will not support this. As the gentlemen from Choice just told you, the monarchy is male-based and a tradition for itself. We could support a monarchy but only in it's current shape. We prefer a republic in front of this messed up sort of monarchy. I yield. |
Date | 07:19:19, July 05, 2015 CET | From | Conservative Liberals | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | Mr Speaker As Choice has so kindly pointed out, that yes Choice did provide a Female Head of Government under Margaret Sturgeon, but this does not give Choice the right to be misogynstic in terms of the monarchy. And as for Liberal Alliance, please don't become Choice's Echo, rethink your arguement. I yield - Grace Watson, Leader of the Conservative Liberals |
Date | 09:00:30, July 05, 2015 CET | From | Choice | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | The Liberal Alliance is not becoming our "echo" as you put it, it's just that we happen to share common sense when it comes to this. |
Date | 17:11:07, July 05, 2015 CET | From | Royalist Party (Carlist) | To | Debating the Succession Bill (3871) |
Message | As the position of Emperor is currently an elected one, despite our best efforts, this bill is entirely irrelevant. |
