MessageMr Speaker

As new leader of the Conservative Liberals, my first commitment is to get rid of National Sevice, why ? Because at the Conservative Liberals we believe in personal freedom and this piece of legislation is an intrenchment on a civil right of a person, what if upon completion of school someone wants to attend University or do an apprenticeship, this legislation is in the way.

I yield

- Lady Hermione Edwards, Leader of the Conservative Liberals
