| This bill establishes the MBN (Mordusian Brodcasting Network) The MBN will be responsible for providing vital information to all citizens in times of emergency. The content of the MBN in non-emergency times will be local, national, and world news. The Environment and Tourism Minister will be the Chief Executive of the MBN. The subsidized 'non-profit' cooperatives will have to survive without wasteful government subsidies or close their doors. |
