Message | Article 3: Energy is essential to all aspects of life. If energy is put up to the market risks of failure or bankruptcy, it will take a toll on the economy. Free energy provided to all people, homes, businesses etc. would help to bolster Davostan's economy. |

Message | Article 4: The government should not subsidize failing industries, and should in most cases allow private industries to rise and fall on their own. In the case of industries that people rely on for their daily base survival, these should not be allowed to fail. |

Message | Article 5: Monopolies cause great damage to our free market economy. They crush small business and make our free market less free. |

Message | Article 1 You define that the nations defences should not be at the mercy of the market risks. Yet, if these defences were needed, they wouldn't collapse and crumble in the market. In the capitalist economy, a natural barrier is made for businesses that are no longer needed, where if the demand is no longer there, the business will start losing money and if no changes are made, will eventually go bankrupt. If these industries are relied on so much, then why would they collapse and be destroyed? Article 2 We will agree to this change. Article 3 My argument for defence industries applies to this one. If an industry relied on so much, they can't collapse. Article 4 I have 3 questions that can be used against this article. 1. How do you define a failing industry/business? Is the fact they're losing money? Is is the fact they aren't selling as much as they did? Can you please define what a failing industry/business is for me. 2. Using my argument for Articles 1 and 3. If an industry/business is no longer required it should not longer become a vital part of the system. If a product was vital to the economy but something else has replaced it. Will you instantly say its no longer vital to the economy? 3. Who defines what is failing and what is vital to the economy? Are you going to setup a board of experts to say Yes or No on what is vital or failing? Article 5 We agree with this one. Monopolies are a bane if they become too powerful. Article 6 What is your argument for this one? Why should someone in Kevonia get a better/harsher sentence because they committed a crime in the wrong or better place? If you have a universal recognition of what a criminals rights are, then there is no need to worry about the above question. |

Message | We will keep article 1 and 5, in response to the RPP's complaints. Does the PCP oppose the two proposals left? |

Message | In response to the RPP's question on article 6, yes we do have universal recognition. Are you fine with that proposal now? |

Message | Sorry I think my response to Article 6 (now article 3) needs rewriting. Article 3 What is your argument for this one? Why should someone in Kevonia get a better/harsher sentence because they committed a crime in the wrong or better place? We feel that a devolution on this matter would not benefit this nation. It could lead to increased confusion, and in many cases can cause an inefficiency. How? Here's 1 scenario. Someone commits a crime in Kevonia. The criminal lives in Terekhi. Who performs the prosecution? Kevonia, the 'victim' or Terekhi, the 'breeder'. |
