Message | Mr Speaker, We here at the Democrats believe that these reforms are needed greatly! We are disgusted that this nation doesn't have a full time army and isn't taking the right steps in protect her great people! Article One; We live in dark times ladies and gentlemen, with the threat of war at anytime. We should be taking steps to ensure the safety of this great nation and her people, we believe that a full time military is needed and not a part one to do so. Article two; We believe the best people to decide whether or not our nation use mine is in fact the military. Article 3; We believe that our intelligence agency should be allowed to undertake covert ops, to ensure safety and security within our nation. If Article 4 and 6; Other nation have right to develop, construct and store nuclear arms, biological and chemical weapons, we need to take a "Big boy" step and step up to the table, With these arms we will be protecting the people more and showing other nations that this nation isn't to be messed with. Article 5; If another nation fires their chemical or biological weapons we should react with full force and fire back! We would love to hear other parties thoughts. I yield Amanda Mirou, Democrats' candidate for Defence. |

Message | We are in support of article 1, with article 2 we would have preferred a different legislation but we prefer it to the current, strongly in favour of article 3, neutral leaning on article 4, in favour of article 5, and in favour of article 6 but would have preferred an alternative legislation. |
