Message | Remnant Council, I. The Offices of the Head of State and Head of Government are changed in preparation for future revisions to the constitution herein which allow for additional large-scale revisions and future better governance. Our main opposition at this time has also made it their objective to do so as well, and it is most pleasing to here of possible reforms going through steadily. II. It is this party's opinion that all citizens in this realm should not be badgered by their government to be forced to carry identification cards along with their persons where-ever they might go. This is not only paranoia in the extreme for a time where it is not needed, but considering the progressiveness of this country elsewhere it is also unhealthy. III. 45 Months seems a very odd length of time for appointment, and instead it is raised and rounded to 4 years. On this matter public discussion is especially of the party's concern, however, as members of our party as well as concerned citizens abound wish for 48 months... as well as 36 months. IV. During this crisis and the neglect brought forth during the period of relative absolutist anarchy in this country, it has been reasoned that the granting of Titles of Nobility should be suspended immediately for the forseeable future. V. Again, it is most assuring that we are on the right course when bipartisan agreement to make government employees unbiased is agreed upon by all involved. It has been done in this case, it is hoped tyhat agreeable reforms shall continue into the future. VI. Sweeping massive changes made by potential unpleasant factions elsewhere arising should be checked by limiting the number of major changes made to the government per year. It is reasoned that major changes should be just that--- major. Excessive changes without firm reasoning by a foreign party or subversive element make the potential for collapse great, and so this article would hopefully reduce such a chance. VII. A current alternative to the oppositional Nationalist's Party proposal for a more moderate tax rate while the economic crisis' depth is looked at for solutions. If taxes are completely removed, especially on the primary source of income, complete economic collapse is possible. VIII. There should be no reason, especially with the progressive changes made elsewhere, that Industrial Hemp should be completely banned from production, especially given its massive uses in manufacturing and business, and the greatly lowered potential for drug-exploitation. Instead, regulation on possible drug-abuse should be done after production at social and law-enforcement level, in this party's view. IX. This act of relative barbarism should be countered immediately in our party's view as it presents a very bad mark on our country while it is legal to abuse prisoners of war. In view of the superiority of our country's potential even in its small size, any enemies should be convinced that we are indeed right in whatever strife we are engaged with when faced with the superior hospitality and decency of everything in our country. X. Regarding disagreements in policy compared to our main competition in the Nationalist's Party, it is our view that the Minimum Wage not be abolished completely, but be simply lowered to a mor eagreeable level in favour of the national budget in the interim while additional studies are conducted. All matters are open to debate and are not final. These changes are sweeping and very major indeed as with the Nationalist Parties, but they are all necessary in our view to the stability and indeed, the future, of our country's being. -Patrick Fitzmaurice, Leader of the People's Party and Candidate for Foreign and Home Secretary. |

Message | ADDITION: XI. Due to concerns from other entities, particularly foreign governments and domestic sources, this additional article was considered as being of major importance to this bill. Any debates concerning it are encouraged. -Patrick Fitzmaurice, Leader of the People's Party and Candidate for Foreign and Home Secretary. |
Date | 17:23:21, July 14, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |
Message | ADDITION: XII. Due to the massive and collapsing depression currently affecting the county, it has been decided by our party that we must endeavour if elected this year to give up our wages until such a time as the people themselves are employed. This is largely symbolic at this point, as the government itself has collapsed to the place where even our wages coming in are questionable, with any imports we might have available lost due to our loss of purchasing power as well. |
Date | 02:23:08, July 15, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |
Message | ADDITION: XIII. We have decided that, after due deliberation, while a lowering of future council seats to 400 is likely a good idea, a further lowering of 100 temporarily is likely needed as well to further cut wages. Such a change is major, and exceeds even the Nationalist Party's expectations, but it must be done. Time is running out and change needs to happen before any misery continues! |
Date | 02:23:43, July 15, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |
Message | This manifesto shall be forwarded to vote in the fall, and before that we are trying desperately to think of other options to increase the amount of reform for this country. |
Date | 11:06:00, July 15, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |
Message | ADDITION: XIV. Luxury tax reduction on all goods produced within the country is necessary for economic recovery. This should be implemented immediately. |
Date | 11:25:08, July 15, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |
Message | ADDITION: XV. Following the passage of this act, the temporary acquisition and take-over of ALL banks remaining in this country is to be executed until such a time as the financial situation recovers to allow their release. Again, this emergency measure is to be implemented immediately. |
Date | 11:25:58, July 15, 2015 CET | From | People's Party | To | Debating the People's Party Emergency Manifesto of 3877 |

These policies are adjustable by demand, but are now official People's Party policy. -Patrick Fitzmaurice, Leader of the People's Party and Candidate for Foreign and Home Secretary. |
