Private Delivery services do not need government regulation.

The Government will hire private companies to perform public works projects. This is the most efficient policy and should be implemented in all of the Staats. Government officials will be responsible for project oversight but a General Contractor and Sub-Contractors will do the work. The military and intelligence agencies will be exempt from this law in certain situations that should not be discussed publicly.
