| Currently, the nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare and soon after the Democrat's military reform passes, the nation will reserve the right to nuclear weapons in retaliation to a nuclear, chemical or biological attack. However we feel this is a step too far. We believe that we should only use nuclear weapons as an absolute LAST resort, preferably in an unpopulated area. |
