In order to allow Doctors and other medical professionals to carry out their work without the constant threat of "being sued" malpractice suits may only be brought against medical professionals via a medical regulatory body.
Any prosecuting group will be made up of no less than 6 medical professionals and these professionals will undertake any studies of any performer who may be in breach of regulations or for malpractice.
Malpractice suits may be brought up by any member of the public, within no more than 6 months of any operation or medical procedure, but may not advance to the point of direct legal suits being made against any medical performer until the aforementioned regulatory body has concluded their investigation and found the performer in breach of regulations or guilty of malpractice.

MessageWe support. Only other doctors can truely understand the logic behind another's actions and therefore adequately decide what is and isn't malpractice.

MessageI opposed this in the past but I tend to agree with the proposal now. Excessive frivolous lawsuits brought against doctors are not good for anyone and can raise healthcare cost to "unsavory" levels.
