Message | No. Article 1 Why should the government involve itself in the affairs of the citizen? That stretches to the point of authoritarianism. And lets also get something oblique. What about the citizens who enjoy these roles? Not just the adulterer, but if all parties involved are consenting, why should the government give a shit? Article 2 Same reasons as above. Not every marriage/civil union/relationship works. They may just collapse on their own without the infliction's of the "immoral" values. Some couples just lose their love for each other. Why should these people be forced to stay together? What happens to the children involved in these relationships? Can a loveless relationship benefit a child?
