Bill: National Party Ikomidi regulations

Details

Submitted by[?]: iqembu labalimi

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3881

Description[?]:

Within the Ikomidi we should be able to speak to one another in a respectful way.
Therefore we suggest to address the others when in discussion.
After a suggestion from the Minister of Justice, we propose 'Party Leader', while we would address the chairman of the Ikomidi at all times.

MessageI think it would make most sense for everyone to address their statements to the party leader, and for the party leader to address his statements to all colleagues.

That way, party members do not get into direct conflicts with each other, and the party leader can serve as a mediator. The Ikomidi must therefore be careful who it elects as party leader in the future.

MessageSo we would say something like that :

"To the Party Leader,

Here is our idea... blablabla

***,
Social-Liberal spokesperson for ****" ?

We are of course ready to talk to the "Party Leader" if the Party choose to do so, but we don't like that much this denomination. Shouldn't we name our party Leader (the office)? We could name him a "chairman", a "secretary or an "officer"? It would resemble that :

"Mr. Chairman/Secretary/Officer,

Here is our idea... blablabla

***,
Social-Liberal spokesperson for ****" ?

What do you think?

MessageOOC: It will take a lot of work to change the title at this point.

MessageAfter a discussion with the Party Leader, we chose to follow our colleage and just adress the Party Leader. We would prefer talking to the "Leader", but since there is opposition to different titles, we will comply.

OOC : Well, I suppose Party Leader isn't that bad as a title.
