| ooc: This is an idea I saw back in Solentia, and want to try out here. The aim is just to encourage short posts commenting on minor issues or summing up a party's stance on an issue without the need to write a full paper article on it. It's can be used by anyone, as an additional tool, or as a way of engaging when time is short. If you don't know how Twitter works, 140 character messages; # for searchable tags, @ for usernames.
