Current: The government operates a central bank and all other banks are private.
Proposed: The government operates a central bank and all other banks are private.

Proposed: Child labour is allowed, but with additional regulations to those of adult labourers.

Message | As to the Article concerning child labor; the following regulations are proposed: 1) With the exception of family owned farms and businesses with under 10 employees, no children under the age of 12 will be allowed employment. 2) Children aged 12 - 14 may not be employed in hazardous occupations, nor may they work more than 4 hours a day or 16 hours per week during the school year. When school is not in session the weekly limit is raised to 24 hours. 3) Children aged 15-18 may not be employed in hazardous occupations, nor may they work more than 6 hours a day or 24 hours per week during the school year. When school is not in session, the daily limit is raised to 8 hours and the weekly limit to 40 hours. 4) All children need the permission of both the custodial parents or guardians as well as that of the school they attend before being employed. |
