| There will be a census made every 20 years. These protocols are non-binding and any player can RP a politician as a non-native. Beluzia has been a very diverse nation, ethnically speaking. This is due to Beluzia being a major destination for migrations, and those migrations (from Dovani, Artania and Majatra) are part of its ancient history.
