Message | No, no and a thousand times no. The local governments are mainly puppets of the local Satraps, which means they have qualification to craft any testing policies. Message | Yes, education is too vital not to be coordinated nationally in some way, but we fail to see how exactly leaving this coordination in the hands of employers solves the issue- in our eyes, it leaves it, at best, more or less the same. Having said that, we also feel it would be irresponsible to have a single, uncontested national standard in a country like Aldegar, where first-language use of Aldegarian is not necessarily a guarantee.
