MessageNo, no and a thousand times no. The local governments are mainly puppets of the local Satraps, which means they have qualification to craft any testing policies. It is our government's view that important matters like these should not be trusted in the hands of local authorities

MessageYes, education is too vital not to be coordinated nationally in some way, but we fail to see how exactly leaving this coordination in the hands of employers solves the issue- in our eyes, it leaves it, at best, more or less the same. Having said that, we also feel it would be irresponsible to have a single, uncontested national standard in a country like Aldegar, where first-language use of Aldegarian is not necessarily a guarantee.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
