| The Rijksdag/Reichstag of the Republic of Narikaton and Darnussia, assembled: NOTING with disappointment the willingness of the communist government of the Beluz Socialist Republic to harbor the terrorist organization which styles itself the "Soldiers of the Peoples' Dawn," and which has made its stated aim the harm of our Republic and its citizens and their property http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2170&p=88826#p88826, RECOGNIZING the growing international movement to condemn the Beluz communist regime for their general belligerence, their lack of respect for their fellow Artanian states, and their disrespect for the most basic of human rights http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6160&start=10#p88982, HEREBY ENACTS, WITH TWO THIRDS SUPPORT IN THIS HOUSE: 1) The Republic shall immediately close all consulates and its embassy in the Beluz Socialist Republic, and shall expel all representatives and delegates of the Beluz government from the Republic. 2) Republican citizens are strongly advised against travel within or through Beluzia. This is for their own safety, as the Republic does not expect that the extremist regime in Beluzia will make any efforts to protect Republican citizens from SPD attacks. 3) The Republic shall immediately install a full embargo on the Beluz Socialist Republic. No citizen or business of the Republic nor any foreign citizen or business operating in the Republic shall be allowed to conduct trade or monetary exchange of any kind with citizens or businesses of Beluzia while within the Republic. Republican citizens and businesses are strongly advised against economic interaction with Beluz citizens and businesses while abroad, as well. 4) This act shall take effect with 2/3rds of the Rijksdag/Reichstag in favor, and shall not be overturned without at least 2/3rds of the Rijksdag/Reichstag in favor. The Rijksdag/Reichstag shall reevaluate this legislation either a) when the communist government of Beluzia falls to one more amenable to freedom and security or b) after a period of ten years. |
