Given widespread medical evidence and sworn testimony by expert doctors that unborn babies can feel pain at 20 weeks, and are viable toward the end of the second trimester, the Common Sense Conservative Party proposes a ban on abortions of the unborn after 20 weeks. The law would have exceptions for; rape, incest, and threat to the health of the mother. |
