Description[?]:

"Establishment of the Commission for Determining the Northern Border"

It has come to the attention of the Shogun that there may some inaccuracies relating to the exact placement of the northern border with the Kingdom of Kazulia, thanks to sterling research by historians at Miyako University who have published groundbreaking papers asserting that Hulstrian colonial settlements extended far further north than was originally thought as well as definitive proof that the natives of Kazulia were tributaries of Gao-Soto.

We believe a commission must be established to investigate this, so that we may inform the government of Kazuila of possible illegal occupation of Hulstro-Mikun territory.

MessageRepresentatives of Mikuni-Hulstria,

The Government of Dankuk expresses its concerns about the claims being sought by the proposed commission. The lands of Kazulia are within the realm of the Great Kyo Empire; and our Emperor is the rightful High King of Kazulia. We would encourage the proposed commission to engage in an exchange of research with relevant organizations in northern Dovani, including the Dankuk Cultural Institute and the Centre for the Study of the Ancient Kyo. You will find that the Kyo are the historic occupants of the region. Any Western imposed borders are irrelevant and do not reflect Mikokuzin history or culture; the presence of Hulstrian colonial settlements has no bearing on this matter and they only serve as an example of Western intrusion upon the native Kyo.
