Message | With due respect to the HRA the Ministry of Finance will be shortly releasing the governments budget that wont see such a steep decline in our defence capabilities. Well we understand its your Constitutional Right to propose a new Budget Bill, attempting to ram one through Parliament wothout as much as a moments debate and without consultation of either the Governing Coalition and the Minstry of Finance goes against the of this august body and reveals how little the HRA cares beyond pushing their own political agenda forward. Message | This proposal works far more in favour of the people and the working man. |

Message | We cannot vote for such a steep cut to our military. We would consider voting to cut it to 200 Billion to trim wasteful spending from the military. But cutting it far beyond that would leave our soldiers with outdated weapons. If we are attacked we would be at a severe disadvantage. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
