Description[?]:

"Motion to Investigate Neo-Septemberist Actvities"

Honorable Imperial Landsraad,

It is with greatest concern that we would like the activities conducted by Hausu Bairyu be investiagted. We believe that they might be Septemberist-aligned and even suspect that they might be supporters of the destructive agenda that is currently being spread by Mad Franz. They want to secretly destabilize the Great Shogunate and turn it into a bloodthirsty democracy that opresses its citizens on everyday basis. With the interests of our great country and its inhabitants, we cannot let that happen.

MessageThis is shocking. We would be grateful if the honourable lady Kasutaku-Sagu would enlighten the Landsraad as to the evidence we've been overlooking.

MessageHonorable Imperial Landsraad,

I do indeed believe that the evidence I provided everyone with in the news article is sufficient. In case any member of Landsraad is not familiar with the evidence mentioned in the Reikusunakurikuten Nettsuwāku, I shall briefly explain it with well-being of the Great Shogunate in mind. We have witnesses who can affirm that Hausu Bairyu has supported Mad Franz's claims over our Great nation and his Septemberist policies including Rēkusuregairangusugesetozu dezu rēkusubāsamuranguzu and Gurandorekutsupurokuramēshon. Both of which are illegal, I shall add.

Moreover, they have commited treachery by claiming that Mikuni citizens are not being treated well by His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Sovereign of the Eastern Sun Riitō and the Shogun. They impudently insulted Hid Divine Imperial Majesty and must be held accountable for it.

MessageHonorable Imperial Landsraad,

For the Shogunate's security, we are going to let the investigation proceed. We are not Neo-Septembrists, but we also call for reforms (however in a more moderate way than the Neo-Septembrists).

While we do not support the claim of the Rothringen-Traugotts, we believe some reforms are needed. Some might call it Neo-Septembrism, but we are not calling for a constitutional monarchy. Indeed we believe in an elective monarchy, similar to what happened in Beluzia in the 3400s or in the Beluz Kingdom of Lussalia-Majatania in the Second Millenium (actually, the elected King John II of Lussalia-Majatania was Katsu II of Bailon, a member of the now-extinct elder branch of the House Bairyu)

[OOC : the political system of Lussalia-Majatania was similar to the political system of Poland-Lithuania]

As we said about the Gurandorekutsupurokuramēshon, we did not support the bill as a whole but we did pushed for some reforms while disagreeing with the other ones. We can quote Bairyu-Gērusuberuku Harushige, who told : 'We would agree for some important reforms, but some proposals will be reverted back after this.'

About the Rēkusuregairangusugesetozu dezu rēkusubāsamuranguzu, we agreed with the reform of the constitutional right to propose a cabinet, which is a fundamental part of our party program

As we said before, we want an improvement of people's civil rights, however we do not push for more political rights for the "plebs". As democracy is a fundamental part of Septembrism, I don't think we could be considered as septembrists.

Bairyu-Gērusuberuku Harushige
Bairyu-Narikaton Hyuga
Bairyu-Rassaria Kagami
Bairyu-Shirudā Ren
Bairyu-Beiteinū Hiroshi
Bairyu-Tenshō-Vinteruberuku Arekusanderu
