BE IT RESOLVED, that by a 2/3rds majority vote, the name of our great nation shall be "The People of the Hobrazian Union."

BE IT RESOLVED, From this day forward, the legislative chamber shall no longer convene. All power shall be vested in the People. The duties of the head of the military shall rest in the hands of Dimitri Sikofski (whose title shall be Supreme Commander of the Hobrazian Union). All legislative power shall be delegated to the People, who may convene Sabchos to change rules and better represent our country. In addition, proposals that will further enhance our democratic system shall be implemented as stated below:
