| Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled, that: 1) A tariff is a tax on imports or exports 2) This act will give the Kirlawan government the right to impose tariffs on countries that impose tariffs on our exports. This will not only affect those nations that impose tariffs on Kirlawan exports, but also affect businesses involved in exporting Kirlawan goods to other countries. 3) This act will affect all of Kirlawan jurisdiction, physical or virtual, especially in regard to international trade 4) This act will be funded by the tariffs imposed on the countries that have imposed tariffs on our exports. This act will be administered by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. 5) The penalty for businesses not complying with this act will be the freezing of assets in Kirlawan jurisdiction 6) This bill will become law as soon as a majority of the General Assembly agrees to this act |
