MessageMr. Speaker,

I would feel highly uncomfortable if we were allowed to, for example, make racist and hateful remarks here in Parliament without fear of prosecution. This shouldn't be a debate in the first place - decent parliamentarians set an example and will not say things contrary to the laws anyway.

MessageMr Speaker,

we support this bill. The Speaker can intervene if things get out of order, but Parliament should be free from the threat of legal action over any comments made in the process of debate.

This bill support protection for action relied with parliamentary action, not from all actions. And if thing are too bad, yeah the speaker can put some order, it is his role.. now if you please, I'll get some sleep..
