| Currently incestuous acts are illegal. However we strongly believe that we should not outlaw incest, we should leave it up to the people to decide what to do with their love lives, and not have our government poke their noses in where it's not wanted. We believe we should change the government's policy on incest to "incestuous acts are legal, but incestuous marriages are not legally recognised". For now legalising incestuous marriage seems unrealistic to pass in parliament, and Hutori may not be ready for such a radical change in policy. |

Let's say oral sex or sex with someone of the same sex. What legal justification is there to prevent such acts?
