| Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled, that: 1) Fireworks are a class of explosive pyrotechnic devices used for aesthetic, cultural, and religious purposes 2) This bill will restrict licensed firework shows to professionals, with small fireworks being allowed for safety reasons. This will affect firework shows 3) This bill will be law in Kirlawan jurisdiction, physical or virtual 4) This bill will be funded by firework sales, both private and public. It will also be enforced by the Ministry of Health and Social Services 5) The penalty for individuals using fireworks without a professional license will be sentenced to five years in prison on the charge of public endangerment and fined 50% of their income 6) This bill will become law in three months or more, as soon as a majority of the General Assembly agrees to this bill |

| Message | Although we do agree that fireworks pose a danger if used improperly, such as at indoor locations, the sale of fireworks should still be unregulated, rather it is the oversight of it that must be strengthened. |
