MessageNo local governments. It is absurd. The state must take up responsibly and act on all issues, it must not cower and pass the problems.

MessageWhy though? Why should the state pass down blanket measures? In some areas the ecosystems cant survive without hunting, some can manage and some cant survive with hunting.

And why should the state do this and yet not pay for national parks?

MessageDo you really think that animals respect borders? You need a national policy otherwise it will all fall apart.

Random fact: Large scale RP planning (such as wars, regional/continental conflicts, economic collapse, etc.) should be planned (as best as it can be) and should have consent of a majority of players involved.
