| Seeing that the gore and blood shed which are shown in executions are heinous against the eyes of a child. THIS ACT brings the privacy of these execution, which after the legislation is passed, executions will be carried out in private. Recognizing that the national government does not have the obligation to impose a curfew on the nation but only on the Oblasts of Trigunia. THIS ACT hereby calls for the approval of the Federal government to obtain power to impose a curfew over the General Public/population and will only be called/enforced if a state of emergency is called/declared. |
