Message | Mr. Speaker, This is an excellent example of federalism and increased democracy. While we disagree with prostitution, we believe it is the right of the people at the smallest level of government possible to determine what is best for them. Perhaps we can agree to some policies after all. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While my party disagrees with prostitution, among other social issues, this bill does not make the action legal, per say. Rather, it gives local governments the authority to make it legal or criminal and regulate it how they see fit. Not only is that more democratic, but may be more in line with local culture, as no one culture has absolute dominace over Loer. I yield. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
